Absolutely the best cafe in North Bay! I highly recommend it. Really friendly staff and awesome drinks! I highly recommend the mocha!

Best Cappuccinos in town!!!! Cass has elevated the cafe by serving sandwiches and soups but continues to be true to its heritage by providing top notch customer service- always with a smile!

Next level coffee! Im visiting North Bay for a few days. This is my first morning stop!!! There is so much variety it takes a minute to decide what to have.

Coffee was great, friendly staff, and locally owned I hear folks telling me all the time about wanting to support local businesses I will definitely be stopping for coffee there in the future. The amount of time for me to park and walk in, is probably not that much longer than McDs or TH (and on certain occasions maybe even quicker) I believe they also have wifi too and as others have mentioned the quietness of that mall almost adds to the appeal of sitting in a crowded food court that most malls offer. Definitely check it out next time you're walking past and you can spare 15 minutes to sit and unwind.

Absolutely amazing place.... Best cafe we found in North Bay. It's located in the deserted mall, but ambiance is quite nice. Drinks (Chai misto, white chocolate Chai tea latte, and mocha) were all delicious. Bakery snacks are from an Amish bakery the cafe partners with and are all equally delicious (lemon bar, ginger cookie, m and m cookie, oatmeal raisin cookie, chocolate chunk brownie). Service both times we visited was very pleasant and friendly - the owner is very polite and answers all your questions. Overall, we will definitely be back, and already have been twice on this trip!

Nice treats and the best barrista you'll find in North Bay, with an amazing seating lounge in the North Bay Mall featuring local art and clothing, plus cool things to buy for your own kitchen or coffee bar.

Great service, selection and food. We stopped here twice on our visit and they made me a perfect Chai Misto with almond milk and sugar free caramel syrup! It would be great if they were not located in a dead mall. Definitely if you are into great coffee, this is a stop.
